PARTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
All food & drinks must be purchased from the Park.
Customers are allowed to bring the birthday cake & other sweets. The Park has no responsibility for the presentation of the sweets.
Plates, napkins, spoons are provided for the sweets, at no extra charge.
The party area is provided at no extra charge.
All orders must be placed one week prior to the party.
Customers have the option to choose the menu/package from the catalogue.
An approximate number of people must be indicated by the customer during reservation.
Invitation cards are provided at no charge.
A deposit is required for party reservations.
Party poppers, confetti & PINIATAS are not allowed.
For health & safety reasons, small 'fireworks' birthday cake candles are not allowed in the Indoor areas.
Party duration is 2.5 hours. Morning parties have to leave by 3:00 p.m. in order to prepare the party areas for the afternoon parties.
PARTY CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation the deposit is not refundable and cannot be transferred to others.
If the cancellation is done within a period shorter than one month the deposit is lost.
